It feels like the official start of sweater weather which means snuggling up with a coffee, hot chocolate or hot toddy, your favorite blanket and a good book and the Recruit of the Fallen offers a great escape. The book is the second in the fallen angels trilogy and joins the first book Orphan of the Fallen. The third book is scheduled for release in early 2025. Schlea’s other works include the Retribution universe series and the beloved books Retribution, Contrition, Sovereign and Genesis. All are available on Amazon.

About the author

Anne Schlea is an avid reader. She has a deep love of paranormal fiction, history, and mythology. By merging these loves into one, she creates a vibrant world any reader can step into. As a child, Anne read the entire paranormal fiction section of her hometown library in Northwest Ohio. Today, her personal collection holds over 3,000 titles.

Anne lives in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She attends Dragon Con every year where she loves to meet new writers and attend writer's panels. Her writing buddy is a Siamese cat mix named for the Toto song Rosanna. In 2022, Anne was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. She took an eighteen month break from writing to battle cancer and to regain her health after she reached remission in September 2022.
